- Dump the meeting notes into Obsidian.
- Reduce them to next actions: verbs only, an owner if someone was named, a date if someone said one.
- Scan the list, delete anything that isn't a real move and put the rest where you'll see it Monday.
Watch out: No "we discussed" and no polite fluff: if a line isn't a real next move, delete it.
The vault holds the noise. You keep the actions.
